Accessibility Statement

Luxe Intelligence™ is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We work to ensure luxeintelligence.co meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Scope

This statement applies to all pages of luxeintelligence.co and to the Med Spa Leak Scorecard at scorecard.luxeintelligence.co, which we operate directly. Below is the accessibility status of the two tools we link to from this site:

The diagnostic intake form is hosted on Lovable; its accessibility is governed by Lovable. If you encounter a barrier there, please report it to us and we will work with the platform to address it. The scorecard is operated by Luxe Intelligence directly and is subject to the same WCAG 2.1 AA commitment as the rest of this site.

Standards followed

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review the site against these guidelines on every significant change and re-audit at least annually.

Features we've implemented

  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page for keyboard users.
  • Semantic HTML landmarks (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>) so screen readers can navigate by region.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • Alternative text on meaningful images, and aria-hidden on decorative graphics.
  • Sufficient color contrast on body text and interactive elements (WCAG AA).
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion system setting — animations are minimized or removed for users who enable this.
  • Accordion controls announce their open/closed state via aria-expanded.

Known limitations

None known at publish time. We re-test on every significant change. If you encounter a barrier, please report it — we treat accessibility issues with the same urgency as functional bugs.

Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility issue or have a question about how to use this site with an assistive technology, please email support@luxeintelligence.co with:

  • The URL of the page where the issue occurred.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • The assistive technology you were using (e.g. NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and the browser, if known.

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and current versions of major screen readers (VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA and JAWS on Windows, TalkBack on Android). If you use a different assistive technology and encounter an issue, please let us know.

No accessibility overlay

We do not use a third-party “accessibility overlay” widget. We believe in fixing the underlying site rather than layering a script that simulates accessibility on top of inaccessible code. If we ever change that position, we will note it here.
