Discovery and Design covers intake, a systems review, data quality and source mapping, your business rules, and access and approval design. We identify required accounts, subscriptions, and any additional privacy or security requirements. You receive a written report you keep, an ordered build plan, and an agreed implementation price before building starts.

We review the data, permissions, vendors, and approval requirements for each workflow before implementation. Access is scoped to what the agent needs to do the job, with human review wherever the process requires it.

Discovery is a separate paid engagement, with its scope and fee agreed upfront. Implementation is priced separately based on the work and estimated hours involved. Your proposal sets out the scope, budget, and timeline before the build begins. The Discovery fee is not credited toward implementation. Ongoing care is scoped separately.

Cloud and hosting costs, AI model usage, software licenses, and data subscriptions are paid directly by you in your own accounts, without markup. New agents, integrations, data sources, or features outside the agreed scope are priced separately and agreed in writing before they are built.
