Do I have to learn new software?
We build around the tools you already use. You get one simple dashboard that shows you what your agents did.

Is this about replacing our employees?
No. The focus is the repetitive tasks: copying information, updating records, assembling reports, and chasing routine follow up. Judgment, relationships, approvals, and exceptions stay with your team.
What happens during Discovery?
Discovery and Design covers intake, a systems review, data quality and source mapping, your business rules, and access and approval design. We identify required accounts, subscriptions, and any additional privacy or security requirements. You receive a written report you keep, an ordered build plan, and an agreed implementation price before building starts.
How is a project priced?
Discovery is a separate paid engagement, with its scope and fee agreed upfront. Implementation is priced separately based on the work and estimated hours involved. Your proposal sets out the scope, budget, and timeline before the build begins. The Discovery fee is not credited toward implementation. Ongoing care is scoped separately.
What costs are separate from the project?
Cloud and hosting costs, AI model usage, software licenses, and data subscriptions are paid directly by you in your own accounts, without markup. New agents, integrations, data sources, or features outside the agreed scope are priced separately and agreed in writing before they are built.
Do you build complete AI operating systems?
Yes. Alongside individual agents, we build connected AI operating systems around your business: agents, workflows, integrations, and a shared interface when needed. Your team can track work, review exceptions, and make approvals. The components and connections are defined during Discovery.
