By providing your mobile phone number to Luxe Intelligence™ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.

Program description

Luxe Intelligence™ operates an SMS messaging program for prospective and existing clients of our AI automation services for service businesses. Messages may include follow-ups, appointment and booking reminders, renewal notices, replies to missed calls, and responses to inquiries you submit through our intake form or business phone line.

Opt-in

You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our intake form at /contact. Providing a phone number or calling us alone does not give SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages. To resubscribe, reply START.

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@luxeintelligence.co.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
