These terms describe use of the Luxe Intelligence website. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement.

Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and submit a business inquiry. Do not submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or provide information you are not authorized to share.
Inquiries and Discovery
Submitting the intake requests a review of your needs. It does not purchase services or commit either party to a project. Discovery and Design is a separate paid engagement with its scope and fee agreed upfront. Its fee is additional to implementation and is not credited toward a build.
Implementation and ongoing care
Implementation is proposed after Discovery, based on the agreed scope. Ongoing care is optional and scoped separately. Fees, deliverables, ownership, responsibilities, timelines, third-party costs, and change requests are addressed in the written agreement. That agreement controls the engagement if it differs from website information.
Illustrations and estimates
Workflow illustrations use sample data. Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions displayed, not measured client results or promises of savings. Outcomes depend on your processes, data quality, systems, scope, and human oversight.
Website materials
Luxe Intelligence branding and original website materials belong to Luxe Intelligence unless otherwise identified. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Contact us for permission to reuse our materials beyond uses allowed by law.
Third-party services
The intake uses Jotform to receive and store submissions. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains the intake data flow.
Availability and changes
We may update website content and features. Information helps you evaluate our services and does not replace a project-specific proposal. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
